These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Andy Adman application ("Service") operated by Andy Adman ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Andy Adman is an AI-powered tool that connects to your Google Ads account to analyze campaign performance, identify wasted spend, and propose optimization changes. The Service executes changes to your Google Ads account only when you explicitly approve them.

2. Account and Access

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You must have authorized access to any Google Ads account you connect to the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Google Ads Account Changes

• The Service proposes changes to your Google Ads campaigns, keywords, budgets, and other settings.
• No changes are made without your explicit approval. Every proposed change requires you to click "Approve" before execution.
• Approved changes are executed via the Google Ads API on your behalf.
• You may rollback certain executed changes from the proposal history.
• You remain solely responsible for your Google Ads account and its performance.

4. No Performance Guarantees

The Service provides optimization recommendations based on AI analysis of your account data. We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

• Improvement in ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, or any other metric
• Reduction in wasted spend by any specific amount
• Accuracy of all AI-generated recommendations

The AI may occasionally make recommendations that are not optimal for your specific business goals. You should review all proposals carefully before approving them.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to violate Google Ads policies
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by Service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, ad spend, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Google Ads accounts and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
